PEKO publishes this guide. We think PEKO fits venues that want to keep their current POS; below is when another tool fits better.

Updated October 2026: For a Singapore café keeping its POS, shortlist PEKO for AI-assisted retention; for a simple visit-based stamp card, compare STAMPEDE and CandyBar. Eber suits a configurable membership shortlist, while Qashier Treats and StoreHub belong on a POS-buying shortlist. The ten-provider table keeps each vendor's published currency and billing terms.

This Singapore buyer's guide compares loyalty program software by published price, POS dependency, customer app requirements, WhatsApp messaging and free plans. For a restaurant loyalty system in Singapore, check the enrolment flow as well as price. For the best restaurant CRM system in Singapore, compare guest CRM and reservations separately from loyalty. PEKO is our product; the venue picks are editorial fit recommendations, not a claim that one provider wins every workflow.

    Which one for my venue

    Café with a POS

PEKO: keep the till and use Receipt Scan and Group Check-In for AI-assisted retention. Compare STAMPEDE or CandyBar if visit-based stamps are enough.

    Hawker or kiosk

PEKO for guest-led QR enrolment without a POS change; STAMPEDE for a staff-scanned stamp card. If buying a POS anyway, ask Qashier whether Treats is included.

    Multi-outlet

Eber for configurable membership and integrations, or PEKO for a focused retention layer. Compare a complete quote with per-outlet pricing and messaging charges.

    Salon

Keep the booking calendar; shortlist PEKO for loyalty and rebooking follow-up beside it. This is not a ranking of salon booking software.

    1. #1

      PEKO

AI customer-retention layer with Receipt Scan, Group Check-In and an approval-gated AI Agent.

Best for: Keep your existing POS and add AI-assisted retention.

      Pricing: Standard S$49/month (S$490/year); Professional S$99/month (S$990/year); Professional Max S$179/month (S$1,790/year), per outlet (checked Oct 2026)

Who should not pick this: Not a replacement for your operational POS: PEKO is the retention layer that runs alongside the POS, not the POS itself. Keep the KiotViet/iPOS/Sapo/MISA you already run at zero switching cost, or use LOOP, the AI POS in the same ecosystem as PEKO, with full recipe-level stock control, shift rostering and table plans. See LOOP + PEKO: LOOP POS + PEKO AI in one ecosystem. Needs one deliberate action from the guest: they scan a QR code or photograph the receipt to earn points. In exchange, earning points no longer depends on the cashier remembering to ask every guest on every shift (the cashier bottleneck, the most common reason loyalty programmes die). PEKO supports both directions: the guest scans, or points sync automatically by API with 6 common POS systems in Vietnam. Needs roughly 14 days of history before the AI hits target precision: during the first two weeks PEKO still runs points, vouchers and rule-based messaging like any loyalty system, and the churn-prediction layer switches on once there is enough transaction history.

PEKO pricing: free up to 300 members, then S$49/month on the Standard plan, 0% commission, cancel anytime.

    2. #2

      Eber

Loyalty and membership platform with configurable programmes and integrations.

Best for: Shortlist for complex membership and multi-outlet requirements; verify integrations and a complete quote.

    3. #3

      Advocado

    4. #4

      STAMPEDE

Singapore QR stamp cards, referrals and a weekly PULSE AI report. This is stampede.sg, not the UK guest-WiFi product.

Best for: Shortlist for simple visit-based stamps and staff-controlled stamping.

Pricing: Growth S$50/outlet/month (S$25 first month); Scale S$99/outlet/month. (checked Oct 2026)

    5. #5

      Qashier Treats

Loyalty within the Qashier POS and payment ecosystem, not a separately priced standalone retention layer.

Best for: Shortlist if you already use Qashier or are buying its POS; confirm Treats inclusion.

Pricing: Qashier POS S$5/day excluding GST in the published price index. Treats listed as included on pricing page; MDR page calls it an optional add-on without a price. (checked Oct 2026)

    6. #6

      StoreHub

POS suite with built-in loyalty and membership.

Best for: Shortlist when choosing a POS suite rather than a standalone retention layer.

Digital punch cards with counter-tablet enrolment and SMS.

Best for: Shortlist for a straightforward digital stamp card with a staff step.

Best for: Shortlist for app-based stamp cards; confirm the customer flow before choosing.

      Pricing: US$49 / US$79 / US$199 per month per location; Lite is a limited-time offer. (checked Oct 2026)

Singapore loyalty offering with per-location annual billing.

Best for: Shortlist for a Singapore-dollar loyalty quote and verify the POS and enrolment requirements.

Pricing: S$39/location/month billed annually; 14-day free trial, no card required. (checked Oct 2026)

    10. #10

      SevenRooms

Restaurant guest CRM and reservations platform with marketing tools.

Best for: Shortlist when restaurant guest CRM and reservations are the main requirement.

Pricing: Not on the public pricing page: request a quote. (checked Oct 2026)

    What PEKO does differently

    • Receipt Scan: guests photograph the receipt any POS prints and the points land, cash and e-wallet sales included.
    • Whole-table sign-up (Group Check-In): everyone at the table scans one QR and joins, not only the person who pays.
    • AI Agent: describe a reward or win-back in a sentence, the Agent drafts it, and nothing sends until you click Approve.

When PEKO is not the right fit

    • You need a new till: PEKO is not a POS. LOOP POS, from the same team, covers the counter, and the two run together as LOOP + PEKO.
    • Guests must take one step: they scan a QR or photograph the receipt. If you want points with no guest action, pick a POS with built-in loyalty.
    • The AI needs about 14 days of history: points, vouchers and rule-based messages run from day one while the churn prediction warms up.
    • You need an enterprise CDP: PEKO is a retention layer for independents and mid-sized chains, so large groups usually run it beside their CDP.

    Need a POS too?

LOOP POS (a separate product from the same team) has a free plan for one outlet. PEKO customers get 50% off LOOP POS paid plans.

    FAQ

Which loyalty program software in Singapore works without replacing my POS?

PEKO uses the receipt your POS prints and a guest QR; STAMPEDE uses staff-scanned QR stamps and CandyBar uses a standalone tablet. Eber and Advocado document supported integrations: confirm your particular POS. Qashier Treats and StoreHub loyalty belong to their own POS ecosystems.

Which providers offer a free plan rather than a trial?

PEKO publishes a free plan for 300 members, and Singapore STAMPEDE publishes a free plan for 45 members. Dinlr's 14-day trial is not a permanent free plan. Other unverified free-plan details are marked Not on the public pricing page. Checked Oct 2026.

How much does Singapore loyalty software cost?

PEKO Standard is S$49/month or S$490/year per outlet. Advocado Pro lists S$200/month/outlet billed yearly or S$225 billed monthly. Eber Lite lists US$69/month billed annually or US$89 monthly. Keep the billing cadence, currency, add-ons and tax treatment attached to every comparison. Checked Oct 2026.

Is GST included in PEKO's Singapore prices?

The price cards do not state GST treatment. Singapore Payment Terms say prices exclude GST unless marked otherwise; where PEKO is GST-registered, GST is added and shown separately on the invoice.

    Which providers support WhatsApp messaging?

PEKO and Singapore STAMPEDE document WhatsApp and email. Eber lists WhatsApp through an integration. Confirm package inclusion and usage fees. A vendor's WhatsApp sales-contact button is not proof of customer messaging.

Is PEKO on the PSG pre-approved vendor list?

No, not yet. Advocado states that eligible SMEs may receive Productivity Solutions Grant support, so compare PEKO's published list price with a competitor's price after the grant, and confirm eligibility and the current scheme terms on GoBusiness before you count on a subsidy.

Can I take my member list with me if I leave PEKO?

Yes. PEKO exports the customer list, with phone, visit history and points balance, as a CSV file, so the members stay yours when you change tools.

How many café visits before someone counts as a regular?

Three visits inside 30 days is the working line many café operators use, and it is the point where a lapse is worth acting on. Whatever tool you pick, make sure it shows the date of each member's last visit; without it, it cannot spot the drift.

Is loyalty software the same as restaurant CRM?

No. Loyalty focuses on earning and redeeming rewards; a restaurant CRM may also manage guest profiles and reservations. Compare SevenRooms when guest CRM and reservations matter, Eber for configurable membership, and PEKO when the need is AI-assisted retention alongside the systems you already use.

    Does PEKO include a POS?

Not by itself: PEKO runs alongside any POS. If you also want a POS, LOOP POS, our sister product, is free for one outlet, and PEKO customers get 50% off LOOP's paid plans.

    Next step

    Turn this into repeat visits

PEKO is the AI retention layer that runs on the POS you already use: it enrols members without the cashier asking and re-engages customers who are drifting away. Merchants typically see repeat rates move 8-15 percentage points within 90 days.
