PEKO publishes this guide. We think PEKO fits venues that want to keep their current POS; below is when another tool fits better.
Updated October 2026: For a Malaysian café or mamak keeping its POS, shortlist PEKO for AI-assisted retention. If you already use StoreHub or Loyverse, compare their built-in loyalty before adding another service. Mulah and Advocado suit a campaign-led shortlist; Eber suits configurable membership.
This guide compares loyalty program software Malaysia operators shortlist, from basic rewards to customer loyalty program software for multi-outlet groups. Choosing a loyalty program in Malaysia means checking the guest journey, the POS you are keeping and who will run campaigns, not just the subscription. Each loyalty system Malaysia price below comes from the vendor's own public page. PEKO is our product; venue picks are editorial recommendations, not measured rankings. Unknown details say Not on the public pricing page.

Which one for my venue
Café
PEKO if keeping the POS and wanting guest-led receipt enrolment and AI-assisted follow-up. Compare Loyverse's built-in loyalty if already using its till.
Mamak
PEKO for table QR enrolment beside the existing till. Compare StoreHub's bundled loyalty if your mamak already runs StoreHub; do not replace a working POS solely for rewards.
Bubble tea
Stamp Me for simple visit-based stamps where guests accept the customer app; PEKO for receipt-based earning without a new app download. Mulah is an SMS-led alternative to quote.
Multi-outlet
Eber for configurable membership and integrations, or PEKO for a focused retention layer. Ask Advocado and Mulah for complete per-outlet and messaging quotes before choosing.
- #1
PEKO
AI customer-retention layer with Receipt Scan, Group Check-In and an approval-gated AI Agent.
Best for: Keep your POS and add AI-assisted retention.
Pricing: Standard RM99/month (RM990/year); Professional RM199/month (RM1,990/year); Professional Max RM399/month (RM3,990/year), per outlet (checked Oct 2026)
Who should not pick this: Not a replacement for your operational POS: PEKO is the retention layer that runs alongside the POS, not the POS itself. Keep the KiotViet/iPOS/Sapo/MISA you already run at zero switching cost, or use LOOP, the AI POS in the same ecosystem as PEKO, with full recipe-level stock control, shift rostering and table plans. See LOOP + PEKO: LOOP POS + PEKO AI in one ecosystem. Needs one deliberate action from the guest: they scan a QR code or photograph the receipt to earn points. In exchange, earning points no longer depends on the cashier remembering to ask every guest on every shift (the cashier bottleneck, the most common reason loyalty programmes die). PEKO supports both directions: the guest scans, or points sync automatically by API with 6 common POS systems in Vietnam. Needs roughly 14 days of history before the AI hits target precision: during the first two weeks PEKO still runs points, vouchers and rule-based messaging like any loyalty system, and the churn-prediction layer switches on once there is enough transaction history.
PEKO pricing: free up to 300 members, then RM99/month on the Standard plan, 0% commission, cancel anytime.

What PEKO does differently
- Receipt Scan: guests photograph the receipt any POS prints and the points land, cash and e-wallet sales included.
- Whole-table sign-up (Group Check-In): everyone at the table scans one QR and joins, not only the person who pays.
- AI Agent: describe a reward or win-back in a sentence, the Agent drafts it, and nothing sends until you click Approve.
When PEKO is not the right fit
- You need a new till: PEKO is not a POS. LOOP POS, from the same team, covers the counter, and the two run together as LOOP + PEKO.
- Guests must take one step: they scan a QR or photograph the receipt. If you want points with no guest action, pick a POS with built-in loyalty.
- The AI needs about 14 days of history: points, vouchers and rule-based messages run from day one while the churn prediction warms up.
- You need an enterprise CDP: PEKO is a retention layer for independents and mid-sized chains, so large groups usually run it beside their CDP.
Need a POS too?
LOOP POS (a separate product from the same team) has a free plan for one outlet. PEKO customers get 50% off LOOP POS paid plans.
FAQ
What is the best loyalty program software in Malaysia for an existing POS?
Shortlist PEKO when you want a retention layer alongside your till. StoreHub and Loyverse have built-in loyalty in their own POS ecosystems; compare what you already have before buying more. Confirm every integration and enrolment flow with the vendor.
How much does customer loyalty program software in Malaysia cost?
PEKO starts free for 300 members, then Standard RM99/month or RM990/year per outlet. StoreHub POS starts from RM122/month. Advocado's Malaysia page lists RM350 and RM370 per month per outlet without clear terms. Mulah and FeedMe have no verified public prices. Eber and Stamp Me publish USD, not RM, prices. Checked Oct 2026.
Which Malaysia providers have a free plan?
PEKO publishes a permanent free plan for 300 members; Loyverse's core POS and loyalty are free. A trial is not a permanent free plan. Unverified free-plan details are marked Not on the public pricing page. Checked Oct 2026.
Is SST included in PEKO's Malaysia prices?
The price cards do not state SST treatment. Malaysia Payment Terms say prices exclude SST unless stated otherwise; where PEKO is SST-registered, SST at the applicable statutory rate is added and shown separately on the invoice.
Which loyalty system Malaysia providers support WhatsApp?
PEKO documents WhatsApp win-back with campaign approval. Eber's Malaysia product page describes WhatsApp engagement; confirm plan inclusion and fees. Mulah documents SMS, not a verified WhatsApp offer. A WhatsApp sales-contact button is not evidence of customer messaging.
Which loyalty software works with StoreHub?
StoreHub sells its own Membership loyalty to StoreHub POS customers. PEKO also runs beside StoreHub because it needs no POS integration: guests scan an in-venue QR or photograph the receipt. For any other vendor, ask for StoreHub support in writing.
How many café visits before someone counts as a regular?
Three visits inside 30 days is the working line many café operators use, and it is the point where a lapse is worth acting on. Whatever tool you pick, make sure it shows the date of each member's last visit; without it, it cannot spot the drift.
Is a restaurant discount app the same as merchant loyalty?
No. A consumer discount app helps guests find deals; a merchant loyalty system manages its own guests and rewards. Choose based on whether you need new discovery or returning customers, and check the redemption channels separately from the messaging channels.
Does PEKO include a POS?
Not by itself: PEKO runs alongside any POS. If you also want a POS, LOOP POS, our sister product, is free for one outlet, and PEKO customers get 50% off LOOP's paid plans.

Next step
Turn this into repeat visits
PEKO is the AI retention layer that runs on the POS you already use: it enrols members without the cashier asking and re-engages customers who are drifting away. Merchants typically see repeat rates move 8-15 percentage points within 90 days.
