The Jurong picture
Jurong serves industrial estates, Jurong Point and the NTU catchment with high-volume, price-sensitive weekday lunch. Food courts and casual chains dominate, ticket values are low and staff are stretched thin, so any enrolment step that costs the cashier five seconds simply never happens in practice.
Payments here run on PayNow, PayLah!, GrabPay, and delivery volume concentrates on GrabFood and foodpanda and Deliveroo. PEKO does not replace any of that — it reads the transaction, owns the guest relationship, and messages on WhatsApp, the channel Jurong guests actually open.
