Protecting data
We use TLS to protect data in transit and encryption for stored data.
Access control and audit logging
We control access to data and systems and log system activity for review. Protect your credentials and review staff accounts. Report suspected unauthorised access to hello@heypeko.com without sending passwords or confidential customer records.
Backups and incident response
We use backups and incident response procedures. We notify authorities and affected individuals of breaches where applicable law requires it. Report suspected incidents to hello@heypeko.com and include only the personal data needed to explain the concern.
Card payments
Stripe processes card payments. For a payment concern, provide a transaction reference without sending full card details or card credentials.
Report a vulnerability
Email hello@heypeko.com with the affected page or function, what you observed and how to reproduce the issue. Do not access another person's account or disclose customer data while investigating. Share only what is needed to explain the concern, without passwords or full payment details.
