What these reports are
The PEKO Research Team publishes full-text reports on customer retention for restaurants, cafés, salons and spas in Southeast Asia. Each report shows its evidence on the page: a tag for every figure saying whether it comes from a public source, PEKO platform data or a worked example, the method used, and a numbered source list.
There is no email gate. You can read, quote and cite any report directly, and each one carries a suggested citation line at the end.
How the figures are checked
Public figures are linked to the original publisher, such as a government statistics office or a platform's own pricing page. Figures from PEKO platform data are labelled as such and describe the venues they were measured across. Worked examples show the arithmetic, so you can rerun it with your own numbers.
When a source updates or a mistake is found, the report is corrected and its date changes. The editorial policy explains how corrections are handled.
How to use a report
- Start with the summary at the top of the report for the headline findings.
- Check the evidence tag next to any figure you plan to quote.
- Open the numbered source to confirm the figure in its original context.
- Use the citation line at the end when you publish or share it.
Limits
Platform figures come from venues using PEKO in Vietnam, so they describe those venues and not every market. Public prices change: each report states the date its sources were checked, and a figure older than that date may have moved.
Report questions
Do I need to give my email to read a report?
No. Every report is published in full on the page, with no download wall or email form.
Who writes the reports?
The PEKO Research Team, PEKO's in-house editorial group. Reports are published under the team name rather than personal bylines.
Can I quote the figures?
Yes. Quote the figure with its evidence tag and link to the report, or use the suggested citation line at the end of each report.
How are errors corrected?
Corrections are made on the page and the report date is updated. The editorial policy describes the process.
Where do platform figures come from?
From venues using PEKO in Vietnam. Each figure says what it was measured across, so you can judge whether it applies to you.
