Who writes the content

The PEKO Research Team is PEKO's in-house editorial group, made up of PEKO data analysts and customer-success staff who work with cafés, restaurants and salons. Content is published under the team name, not personal bylines, and the team is described as an organisation in the page data.

PEKO is made by Hungry Bear Internet Pte. Ltd. (Singapore). In Vietnam it is provided by CÔNG TY TNHH LOOP TECHNOLOGIES. Comparison pages are written by PEKO about its own market, and each one says so in its disclosure.

How figures are verified

1. Competitor prices and features are taken from the vendor's own public pages, with the date they were checked.
2. When a vendor does not publish a price, the page says so instead of estimating one.
3. Public statistics and laws link to the original publisher or official source.
4. Figures from PEKO platform data say what venues and period they were measured across.
5. Worked examples show the arithmetic so readers can rerun it with their own numbers.

What the dates mean

Each page shows when it was last updated. The date changes when the content changes: a new price, a corrected figure or a rewritten section. It does not change for layout or spelling fixes. Vendor facts also carry the month they were checked, because public pricing can change after that.

Corrections

To report a mistake, email support@heypeko.com with the page link and what is wrong. We reply within one business day. Confirmed errors are corrected on the page and the updated date changes. If a vendor tells us their published facts have changed, we check their public page before editing.
