General PEKO questions
Do I need to replace my POS?
No. PEKO is an AI customer-retention platform that runs alongside your existing POS. Customers join through a QR code and receipt photo, so choosing PEKO does not require a POS migration. If you also need a POS, LOOP POS is the sibling product; the LOOP + PEKO page explains the combined offer.
Which market FAQ should I use?
Choose the market where your venue operates. Singapore and Malaysia have dedicated FAQ hubs, including a Bahasa Malaysia version for Malaysia. Vietnamese answers are available in the Vietnamese answers hub. Prices, messaging channels and data requirements differ by market, so use the relevant local page rather than applying another country's terms.
Where can I check prices and plan limits?
The pricing details page lists the plans and allowances. Use your market's FAQ for local currency, billing and messaging questions, and the setup guides for the steps involved in getting started. Check those pages before approving a campaign or choosing a paid plan; a general answer here is not a replacement for the published plan limits.
