Updated October 2026 — PEKO imports your member list from any loyalty platform as a CSV: name, phone, points balance, tier and join date. Export on Friday, import on Saturday, print the table QR on Sunday. Your guests notice one thing: they can now join from their own phone.
Switching gets you three things: guests earn by snapping any receipt with no POS integration (Receipt Scan), the whole table joins instead of only the payer (Group Check-In), and an AI Agent that sets up vouchers and campaigns from one message.

The weekend plan
- Friday, 10 min. Export members from your current platform (links per platform below). Sign up free at PEKO.
- Saturday, 20 min. Upload the CSV in Dashboard → Members → Import. Map columns. PEKO shows a preview before anything is written. Rebuild your tiers from the template.
- Sunday, 15 min. Print table QRs and the receipt-scan card. Switch on Group Check-In and the win-back automation. Send one WhatsApp broadcast: "Your points moved with us. Scan the table QR to see them."
- Monday. Cancel the old platform at the end of its billing period. PEKO's Standard is free for your first month if you were on a paid competitor (see offer below).

Export paths are the standard admin locations as of October 2026. Menus change, so check your platform's own help centre if a step looks different.

Questions
Will my guests have to re-register?
No. Their phone number is the key. The first time they scan, their balance is there.
Can I run both for a month?
Yes. Many venues do, then cancel the old one.
What if my export is missing points?
Import names and phones first; PEKO can seed a flat welcome balance for everyone.
Is there a migration fee?
No. Guided setup is an optional S$180 / RM299 one-off if you want someone on a call with you.
