Do I have to leave Sapo FnB to use PEKO?
No. Sapo handles menu, tables, and front-of-house. PEKO sits on top and reads the customer / transaction data, so your POS workflow doesn't change. The only thing added is an AI layer working behind the scenes on retention.
How does PEKO sync with Sapo?
Through a one-time data connection per outlet, set up in about 10 minutes. PEKO then pulls fresh transaction and customer data automatically. Staff don't change anything at the till. The AI uses that data to score churn risk and trigger win-back when needed.
Sapo already has a customer module — what does PEKO add?
