No. KiotViet is your POS — sales, stock, hardware integration. PEKO is the AI retention layer that sits on top, reading the customer and transaction data KiotViet already collects. You keep KiotViet for everything operational, and PEKO turns that data into actual win-back campaigns.
How does PEKO connect to KiotViet?
Through a one-time CSV / API connection that takes about 10 minutes. PEKO then pulls fresh customer and transaction data automatically. Your staff don't change anything at the cashier. The AI uses that data to score churn risk every night and trigger win-back when the risk crosses a threshold.
KiotViet already has points and customers — why do I need PEKO?
