Can I keep KiotViet POS and add PEKO on top?
Yes — that is the recommended setup. KiotViet handles transactions; PEKO consumes the transaction feed via the KiotViet connector and runs the loyalty programme, churn scoring, and messaging on top. Nothing changes at the cashier.
If KiotViet already has a loyalty module, why add another one?
The KiotViet module is fine for stamps and basic vouchers.
