Straight answers for café, restaurant and venue owners in Singapore, grouped by topic. Prices are in SGD from the Singapore price list.

    Pricing and billing

How much does PEKO cost in Singapore?

PEKO is free up to 300 members, then Standard costs S$490 a year per outlet. Professional is S$990 a year and Professional Max is S$1,790 a year, each per outlet. Paying monthly costs the annual price divided by 10, so Standard is S$49 a month. PEKO takes 0% commission on your sales. See the Singapore price cards.

Is there a free plan, and what does it include?

Yes. The free plan is permanent, not a trial, and covers up to 300 members on one outlet. It includes one receipt template, 100 receipt scans a month, 1,000 emails a month and 3 user accounts. When you outgrow it, Standard raises the limits to 5,000 members and 2,000 receipt scans a month. Compare every plan limit.

How does monthly billing compare with paying yearly?

Monthly costs one tenth of the yearly price, so paying yearly saves two months. Plans are billed monthly or yearly in advance, and your billing date is the day of your first successful charge. For Standard in Singapore that means S$49 a month or S$490 a year for each outlet. Read the Singapore Payment Terms.

Is GST included in PEKO's Singapore prices?

No, unless a price is clearly marked otherwise. The Singapore Payment Terms say prices exclude Goods and Services Tax; where PEKO is GST-registered, GST at the prevailing statutory rate is added and shown separately on your invoice, and a tax invoice is issued for every successful charge under Billing, Invoices in your dashboard. Tax wording in the Payment Terms.

How can I pay for PEKO?

By credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard or American Express), or by PayNow to PEKO's corporate UEN for annual plans and one-off invoices. Fees are quoted and charged in Singapore dollars, and direct debit or GIRO is available by prior arrangement for enterprise plans. Any card conversion into another currency is handled by your own bank. Payment methods in the Payment Terms.

How is pricing calculated for several outlets?

Each outlet is charged the full listed price of its plan. For example, Professional for two outlets in Singapore is S$990 plus S$990 a year. Groups with more than 10 outlets can ask the Enterprise team for custom pricing, which covers service levels, single sign-on, onboarding and training. Multi-outlet pricing details.

    Setup and your POS

Do I need to change my POS to use PEKO?

No. PEKO runs alongside the POS you already use and needs no POS integration. Guests earn by scanning the venue QR or by photographing the receipt your POS already prints, so cash and e-wallet sales count too, and nothing changes at the till for your staff. How Receipt Scan works.

How long does it take to set up PEKO?

About 15 minutes for the basic setup. You create the account, upload one photo of your receipt so PEKO learns its layout, set one reward and print the venue QR. Allow about an hour in total if you include writing your consent notice and briefing staff. Follow the step-by-step setup guide.

How do guests join my loyalty programme?

Guests scan the PEKO QR on the table, counter or receipt with their phone camera and join on the web. There is no app to download and no cashier needs to ask for a phone number, so enrolment does not stop when the counter gets busy. Where to place the QR.

Does Receipt Scan record every sale?

No, it records the sales guests choose to claim, not every till transaction. Put the QR on receipts and tables and let PEKO send reminders to raise the claim rate. If you need points posted from every transaction with no guest action, pick a POS with built-in loyalty instead. Receipt Scan limits and fixes.

Can someone set PEKO up for me?

Yes, as an optional one-off package. Done With You is S$180: one 90-minute live session, guided setup alongside your team and 7 days of priority chat. Done For You is S$690, adding loyalty configuration, three scheduled campaigns, print-ready QR assets, staff training and 30-day check-ins. Onboarding options.

    Your customers' data

Who owns the customer data in PEKO?

You do. The member list belongs to your venue, not to PEKO and not to a shared rewards network, and guests join your own programme rather than a consumer app. You can export the list at any time, so the relationship stays yours if you change tools. What every plan includes.

    Can I export my members?

Yes, at any time. PEKO exports the customer list, with phone number, visit history and points balance, as a CSV file, and there is no exit fee. You can open the file in a spreadsheet or import it into another tool. How switching works in both directions.

What consent do I need to collect guests' details?

Under Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012, you must tell guests why you collect their contact details and get their consent before collecting, using or disclosing them for that purpose. Guests can withdraw consent later, and you must then stop using their data for that purpose. This is a plain summary, not legal advice; the PDPC publishes the official guidance. The consent step in the setup guide.

Do I need consent before I send guests marketing messages?

Yes, for marketing. Singapore's Do Not Call rules cover marketing messages sent to Singapore phone numbers: check the number against the Do Not Call Registry before sending unless the guest gave clear and unambiguous consent in written or other accessible form, and identify yourself with contact details in each message. This is a summary, not legal advice. Consent rules with official sources.

    Messaging

Which channels can PEKO message guests on?

Email and WhatsApp. Email is included in every plan, from 1,000 emails a month on the free plan to 200,000 on Professional Max. WhatsApp Business is an add-on at S$399 a year. SMS is available on paid plans through prepaid edge credits that you top up. Message limits by plan.

What does WhatsApp cost with PEKO?

The WhatsApp Business add-on is S$399 a year. On top of that, WhatsApp template message costs are billed at cost with no markup, so the total depends on how many messages you send. Meta sets those per-message rates by country and message type. Run your first WhatsApp win-back campaign.

Does PEKO send messages without my approval?

No. The AI Agent drafts rewards and campaigns, and nothing sends until you review the draft and click Approve. You stay in control of who receives each message, what it says and when it goes out, so a campaign can never reach your whole list by accident. How Approve works.

What happens if I run out of message credits?

Your loyalty programme, member list and dashboard keep working. Outbound messages pause until you top up edge credits, and heavy AI workloads can be topped up or moved to a larger plan. PEKO flags it well before you reach the limit, so a campaign is not cut off without warning. Credits and top-ups.

    AI Agent

What does the AI Agent do?

It takes actions inside PEKO for you. Instead of clicking through settings to build a voucher, segment or campaign, you describe what you want in one sentence; the Agent drafts it and waits for your approval. It also flags regulars who are drifting so you can win them back. AI Agent examples.

When does PEKO start predicting which guests will stop coming?

After about 14 days of visit history. During the first two weeks PEKO runs points, vouchers and rule-based messages like any loyalty system, and the churn prediction switches on once there is enough transaction history to reach its target precision. What to do in your first 30 days.

Is AI usage included in my plan?

Yes. Every plan includes a monthly AI allowance scaled to its size, from a taster on the free plan to heavy use on Professional Max. It covers churn scoring, personalised message copy and recommendations. If you need more, you can top up or upgrade, and core features keep working either way. AI allowance by plan.

    Switching from another tool

Can I import members from my current loyalty tool?

Yes. Export a CSV from your current platform and upload it under Dashboard, Members, Import. You map each column, and PEKO shows a preview before anything is written. Name, phone, email, points balance, tier, join date and last-visit date can all come across. Switching guide, step by step.

What if my old provider will not give me an export?

Then your members re-join by scanning. Put the PEKO QR on tables, the counter and the receipt, and tell regulars in person and in your last message from the old platform that the programme has moved. Only message guests who agreed to hear from you. What to do without an export.

Can I run PEKO and my old programme at the same time?

Yes. Many venues overlap for a few weeks, keeping the old programme open for redemptions while PEKO starts scoring visits, then cancel the old one at the end of its billing period. That avoids guests saying their points disappeared at the counter. Planning the overlap.

How does PEKO compare with other loyalty tools in Singapore?

The Singapore buyer's guide compares the main providers by published price, whether you must change POS, whether guests need an app, WhatsApp support and free plans. Each head-to-head page also lists when the other tool is the better choice, so you can decide before you switch. Compare loyalty software in Singapore.

    What is LOOP POS?

LOOP POS is a separate AI point-of-sale product from the same team that builds PEKO. PEKO is the customer-retention layer that runs on any POS; LOOP covers the counter. You can keep your current POS and add PEKO, or use LOOP and PEKO together as LOOP + PEKO. LOOP + PEKO explained.

Do I need LOOP POS to use PEKO?

    Contract and cancelling

    Is there a lock-in contract?

    Do PEKO plans renew automatically?

Yes. Plans renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle. PEKO sends a renewal reminder at least 7 days before a monthly renewal and at least 14 days before a yearly renewal, so you have time to change plan or cancel. Renewal terms.

    Can I get a refund?
