The Tampines picture
Tampines is a mature HDB town centre with three malls and a hawker centre feeding a large resident catchment. Family dining and bubble tea lead and repeat frequency is naturally high, so the real gap is attribution: operators cannot tell which promotion actually brought the household back this month.
Payments here run on PayNow, PayLah!, GrabPay, and delivery volume concentrates on GrabFood and foodpanda and Deliveroo. PEKO does not replace any of that — it reads the transaction, owns the guest relationship, and messages on WhatsApp, the channel Tampines guests actually open.
