Do I have to replace StoreHub to use PEKO?
No. PEKO is built to sit on top of StoreHub. We pull your order data via export or API, run churn prediction on it, and send WhatsApp / TNG / GCash messages on your behalf. StoreHub keeps running the till.
Is StoreHub's built-in loyalty enough?
It's enough for stamp cards and basic point accrual. It does not predict churn, doesn't pick a channel per customer, and doesn't write the message. If you want retention on autopilot — not just a punch card — you need a layer like PEKO on top.
How does pricing compare in MYR and PHP?
