PEKO Rewards Hub

PixaLink alternatives for Malaysian cafés and restaurants (2026)

Last reviewed 2026-10-07 · Hungry Bear Internet Pte. Ltd.

Updated October 2026 — PixaLink runs loyalty inside a WhatsApp mini-program and sits natively in Eats365 POS. It is a good fit for Eats365 venues that want an AI-branded CRM. If you are not on Eats365, want a free plan, or want every guest at the table enrolled rather than the payer, these are the alternatives.

PEKO adds retention to the POS you already run. If you have not picked a POS yet, LOOP is the AI POS from the same company — the two share one dataset, so nothing is entered twice.

    FAQ

    Is PixaLink only for Eats365?
No. PixaLink is native in Eats365 POS, and venues on other POS can run it standalone through a WhatsApp link.
    How much does PixaLink cost?
Its Capterra listing shows a starting price of about US$75 a month (≈ RM356); white-label is quoted higher, and contract terms are not published. PEKO starts free for 300 members, then RM99 a month with no contract.
    Can PEKO run alongside Eats365?
Yes. PEKO reads the printed Eats365 receipt, so it needs no integration and your POS stays exactly as it is.
    Does receipt-scan loyalty miss transactions?
Receipt Scan records every sale a guest chooses to claim, whatever the payment method, including cash and e-wallets that payment-linked loyalty misses. Guests are prompted by the QR on the receipt and the table, Group Check-In enrols everyone at the table, and the AI Agent can send a reminder to members who stop claiming. The PEKO ecosystem

PEKO and LOOP are two products from the same company. PEKO is the AI retention layer and runs alongside the POS you already use.
