Updated October 2026: For a small Malaysian business keeping its POS, shortlist PEKO for guest-led QR or receipt enrolment and AI-assisted follow-up. No app for customers: snap the receipt, or use the optional Zalo Mini App add-on (Vietnam), and it works with the POS you already use.

Can I keep my existing till?
PEKO runs alongside any POS; Loyverse's loyalty belongs to the Loyverse POS. StoreHub's built-in loyalty is worth checking if you already use StoreHub. LOOP is the sibling AI POS from the same company as PEKO; the combined offer is LOOP + PEKO.
Do customers need another app?
PEKO uses web QR or receipt scan. Mulah and Advocado document phone-number enrolment without a customer app. Stamp Me uses its customer app. Confirm the guest flow and what staff must do during busy periods.
What costs should I compare?
Compare subscription, per-outlet charges, message usage and tax. Mulah and FeedMe have no verified public amounts in the sources reviewed. Keep Eber and Stamp Me prices in USD rather than inventing RM conversions.
FAQ
Is PEKO free for a small business in Malaysia?
PEKO publishes a permanent free tier for up to 300 members. Paid plan prices come from the Malaysia price cards.
Should I replace my POS only for loyalty?
Compare the loyalty you already have first. PEKO is a retention layer beside the till; LOOP is its sibling AI POS if you separately need an operational POS.
Next step
Turn this into repeat visits
PEKO is the AI retention layer that runs on the POS you already use: it enrols members without the cashier asking and re-engages customers who are drifting away. Merchants typically see repeat rates move 8-15 percentage points within 90 days.

The PEKO ecosystem
PEKO and LOOP are two products from the same company. PEKO is the AI retention layer and runs alongside the POS you already use. LOOP is the AI-native POS that covers operations: recipe-level inventory, staff shifts, table plans and the kitchen display. Each works on its own, and run together they share one dataset, so nothing has to be entered twice. See PEKO + LOOP in one ecosystem

How much does a loyalty program cost in Malaysia?
Three lines in ringgit: the software subscription, the per-conversation WhatsApp cost, and the reward margin you give away. The reward line is usually the largest, and it is the one most quotes never mention.
Answer
Is Ocard worth it for Malaysian restaurants in 2026?
Ocard is worth it for Malaysian F&B chains that already run its POS-embedded loyalty, but independents should watch the day-60 trigger: that's when auto-renewal and per-outlet fees kick in and the price ladder stops looking cheap.
