Which loyalty platform providers in Malaysia support multi-channel reward redemption?
Written by PEKO Research Team.Last updated: 10/21/2026.
Updated October 2026: The sources reviewed do not establish a complete online-and-in-store redemption matrix for all eight Malaysia providers. No app for customers: snap the receipt, or use the optional Zalo Mini App add-on (Vietnam), and it works with the POS you already use.

What counts as multi-channel redemption?
A reward must be redeemable in the channels your venue uses, not merely advertised through them. Check in-store, ordering-page and app redemption separately. Confirm whether branches share a balance and whether exclusions or POS dependencies apply.
Which providers should I ask?
PEKO is an AI retention layer; Eber offers configurable membership; StoreHub includes loyalty in its POS ecosystem; Advocado lists points and cashback. This shortlist does not assert that each supports every redemption channel. Ask for a live demonstration and a written plan-specific answer.
What should the demonstration show?
Earn in one channel, read the balance in another and redeem there. Confirm branch scope, refunds, duplicate use and fees. Keep the POS you already use when it meets your operational needs. LOOP is PEKO's sibling AI POS from the same company; their combined offer is LOOP + PEKO.
FAQ
Does WhatsApp support prove multi-channel reward redemption?
No. Sending a message is different from redeeming a reward. Verify where rewards can be used and whether the member balance is shared.
Does the Malaysia comparison verify every redemption channel?
No. It compares published pricing and requirements; missing channel evidence remains unverified. Request a plan-specific demonstration.

Turn this into repeat visits
PEKO is the AI retention layer that runs on the POS you already use: it enrols members without the cashier asking and re-engages customers who are drifting away. Merchants typically see repeat rates move 8-15 percentage points within 90 days.

The PEKO ecosystem
PEKO and LOOP are two products from the same company. PEKO is the AI retention layer and runs alongside the POS you already use. LOOP is the AI-native POS that covers operations: recipe-level inventory, staff shifts, table plans and the kitchen display. Each works on its own, and run together they share one dataset, so nothing has to be entered twice. See PEKO + LOOP in one ecosystem

Answer
How much does a loyalty program cost in Malaysia?
Three lines in ringgit: the software subscription, the per-conversation WhatsApp cost, and the reward margin you give away. The reward line is usually the largest, and it is the one most quotes never mention.
Answer
Is Ocard worth it for Malaysian restaurants in 2026?
Ocard is worth it for Malaysian F&B chains that already run its POS-embedded loyalty, but independents should watch the day-60 trigger: that's when auto-renewal and per-outlet fees kick in and the price ladder stops looking cheap.
